1. Executing Core Functions: Managing the Academy’s training, education, and leadership development programs, while integrating critical lessons learned.
2. Driving Innovation: Leveraging technology and validated best practices to create modernized SHARP education and training products.
3. Fostering Collaboration: Partnering with internal and external agencies to synchronize and fulfill all SHARP leadership development and training requirements.
