The Operations Branch supports the Academy’s mission and Lines of Effort by:

1. Providing first-rate customer service to Academy students from notification through graduation.
2. Executing Proponent and School Operations through the development and implementation of standard operating procedures in support of requirements (Safety, Facilities Use, Supply, Administration, Knowledge Management, GPC, Billing Official, etc.).
3. Tracking internal and external taskings and Requests for Information (RFIs) through completion.
4. Communicating the Proponent Office and School mission.
